Sportbox Storage Shipping Policies

 When do you ship?

 Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. If your order is shipping via UPS or FedEx, the order must be received by 9am pacific time to ship out the same business day.

 Where do you ship to?

We only ship domestically in the continental United States. We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can be arranged on a per case basis. We can not ship Sportbox units to any address with an Apartment Number. Nor can we ship to a PO Box.

How do you ship?  Most of our orders ship via individual freight companies. However if the items weigh less than a few pounds, we most likely will ship via USPS.

We do our best to ship as soon as possible but sometime a 1-3 day delay may occur from the time your order is placed until it ships. In addition we will follow up with shipping tracking numbers by email so you may track your package.

Someone must be present to receive the shipment.

 Rates to ship?

 We charge exactly what the freight companies charge us and pass it through. On average shipping a Sportbox unit runs between $400-$800 each. One way to save on shipping is if you are able to pick up the shipment at a terminal location near you. Most of the time we can find a terminal within a 30-45 minute drive and often much closer. Smaller items ship UPS or Fedex at their normal rates.

 How to track an order that's been shipped? 

A tracking number will be emailed to you along with a link to track your package. If you do not receive and email with this information please email us at info@sportboxstorage.com

Damaged Shipments

You are responsible for checking your shipment for damage BEFORE letting the shipper leave. It's critical you note the damage with the shipping service. Failure to do so may eliminate any potential remedy you may have. You will therefore be responsible for all costs associated with the damaged goods even if they are totally unusable. If you feel the damage is beyond repair please refuse the shipment noting the damages on the Bill of Lading.
